Mr. Idi Gaparayi is a Senior Partner at Colin & Colin. A graduate of Harvard Law School (LLM, 06′, Landon H. Gammon Fellowship for academic excellence).

He graduated with distinction from the National University of Rwanda (LLB, 98′.) and holds an LL.M in Human Rights from the University of Pretoria (LLM, 01′, Keba M’Baye Prize for Best Dissertation). Expertise in Contracts, Procurement, Arbitration, Commercial Transactions, Project Development and Project Finance, including PPP.

When not engrossed in clients’ matters, Idi teaches law at the University of Kigali. He is also external faculty at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
