Janet is an Associate at Colin & Colin, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Rwanda (Huye Campus) and is currently pursuing a diploma in Legal Practice at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD). She has augmented her legal education with specialized training in Data Protection and Privacy Law from Certa Foundation.

Prior to her role at Colin & Colin, Janet interned at Rukangira Law Chambers and ABAYO & Co Advocates. Her professional focus encompasses Commercial and Real Estate Transactions, Employment, and Tax law. Within her capacity, she provides legal opinions, conducts thorough legal research, and prepares various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Notably, Janet demonstrates proficiency in two official languages, Kinyarwanda and English
